This updated townhouse is just minutes from downtown and surrounded by everything you need for a relaxing visit to Iowa City. Get groceries at HyVee two blocks away to fix your own meals in a well-appointed kitchen. Or grab a bite at local eateries just a short walk or bus ride away. You’ll have this entire home to yourself for your visit. The space First floor: kitchen, dining area, half bath, and living room. The living room couch converts to a futon for added sleeping space. The garage is currently unavailable to guests, but Level 2 EV charging (50A) is provided upon request. Second Floor: main bedroom with a queen bed and closet, second bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bathroom with shower and tub. A third bedroom is locked and currently unavailable to guests (this private room will be unoccupied during your stay). A queen-size Aerobed is available for added sleeping space. Guest access Guests have full, private use of the townhouse, including the washer and dryer in the basement. The garage and a third bedroom are currently unavailable.
