Our land features chickens (including a crowing rooster), steer, and pigs behind electric fencing as part of our regenerative agriculture project. While our property is currently fenced for livestock, guests are welcome to walk our country roads, which offer scenic views with minimal traffic—just watch for occasional passing trucks that may kick up dust. We have security cameras monitoring the driveway, parking area, and exterior entrance only. While we're just 9 minutes from Wild Horse Hot Springs, we're in truly rural Montana—the nearest groceries are at Buck's in Hot Springs (12 minutes away), with limited selection. Our WiFi is reliable (100 Mbps), but cell service can be spotty. The gravel/dirt roads are well-maintained but typical Montana rural roads, navigable by most vehicles.
