We have off street parking for 2 cars in our driveway, and additional parking on the street is free if needed. You will enter from the front deck using a keypad into our mud room, where you can leave your shoes, and outdoor gear, from the mudroom you will enter the main level of the home into the large comfortable living area with a couch and large TV! There are 2 bedrooms on the main level off from the living room, the 1st bedroom has a full- and twin-size bunk bed, with a sofa chair that folds out into a bed and sleeps 4. We have kids’ books, badminton, balls, and bubbles for your kids to use in the back yard. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and sleeps 2. Our bedside lamps have USB plugs for device charging. On the upper level, is our master bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom and sleeps 2. We have a beautifully updated eat in kitchen and kitchen Island, as well as a dining room table and chairs. There is a deck off the kitchen to the backyard. The deck has an electric grill and patio furniture. The backyard is fenced and safe for kids to play in. There is also a fire pit, in the back yard, please don't leave your fire unattended. On the lower level is a dedicated workspace, with table and chair and a second lounge with a large sofa which can be used as an additional sleeping area in an emergency, but you must request linens. Also on the lower level is the second bathroom and a laundry room. The Washer and dryer are conveniently located, in the house and not in the basement Please note also in the mudroom is a rack with Tennis rackets and balls, which you may use at the tennis courts down the road at Lake Quinsigamond Park for free, the park offers swimming, sailing, paddleboarding, picnics, grilling, and tennis. Guest access We have keyless entry and you will be given the code prior to your arrival Other things to note Families with small children, we can provide pack and plays, please request if you need anything and we can try to accommodate you. We do provide swim towels for the Lake, (green and white stripped towels) please don't use our bath towels. Boat and sailing rentals Regatta Point Community Sailing 10 Lake Ave N Worcester, MA 01605 In the area: Quinsigamond State Park: Quinsigamond State Park consists of two sites. The Regatta Point area offers facilities for swimming, sailing, picnicking, and fishing. The Lake Park area provides several recreational opportunities including a picnic area, swimming beach and tennis courts. All Activities at Quinsigamond State Park Rowing The 2,000-meter rowing course is recognized as one of the best courses in the world. Competitive rowing is one of the lake’s most popular activities. The sport has been taking place on the lake since the 1850s. As beautiful as the lake is in the daytime, it is particularly stunning at night when the Kenneth Burns Memorial Bridge is aglow with lights.
