Our condo is located in Waikoloa Beach Resort at Kolea which is right on A-Bay Beach. You’ll love our condo because of the location, the views, the ambiance, the high-end furnishings and one of the lowest rates in Kolea for the amenities that we provide. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A-Bay Beach offers a variety of family-friendly activities. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance from the condo. The space Our condo, the Hula Moon Villa, is located in the prestigious beachfront community of Kolea in Waikoloa Beach Resort. This spacious villa is professionally decorated in an elegant mix of classic contemporary blended with beautiful Hawaiian accents. There is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Open the pocket doors to the lanai and relax on the comfortable tropical patio set. There is an outdoor kitchen with Professional Viking grill, wet bar and mini-refrigerator. Kick back and enjoy a glass of wine or maybe a Mai Tai while taking in a magnificent sunset or relaxing under star-filled Hawaiian skies unlike any you've ever seen. We’ve provided ALL the little extras that make the Hula Moon Villa truly feel like a home away from home. Each bedroom suite comes with its own LCD TV and digital cable. The living room is furnished with a 46” LCD TV, entertainment system, surround sound and digital cable. We’ve also included a DVD library, board games, free movie channels and free long distance calls back to the mainland! Fun in the sun is made easy with full beach gear including towels, chairs and boogie boards. Walk through the private gate to the beach at A-Bay, famous for it golden sands and tranquil blue waters. The Ocean Sports hut has rentals that include snorkeling, kayaking and sunset cruises. Or just take in the dazzling ocean view from the Kolea Beach Club Pavilion as you enjoy a morning workout in the open-air exercise room, a swim in the infinity-edge pool or a dip in the natural lava spa. Kids will love the sand-bottom pool and waterfall. You’ll have easy access to everything while staying at Kolea. The upscale restaurants and shopping at the Kings and Queens Shops, two championship golf courses, the Marriott and the Hilton are all just a short walk away. Guest access Guests will have access to our Penthouse (3rd floor) condo which includes 2 bedrooms with closets and chest of drawers, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and lanai. All linens including sheets and towels (including beach towels) are provided. You will also have use of a covered parking spot. We also have some beach items and water sports gear for you to use doing your stay. Other things to note Other fees: Cleaning fee = $175.00 Fee for CC payments = 3% (5% International/Canada) Rental Agreement: Since we DO NOT require an upfront security deposit, our guests are asked to complete a rental agreement prior to booking. Cancellation policy: we have our own cancellation policy which differs from what is listed. Please inquire for more information.
