The space Fully furnished with all the amenities, the two-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a two-unit building. The apartment has two small bedrooms, a dining room that can seat eight, living room, and full bathroom with a tub and shower. Features include a comfortable enclosed porch, record player and records (with Bluetooth) and full cocktail and dining accessories. The Neighborhood - The Brick Witch is located in a quiet transitional neighborhood of mixed economic means and is a fifteen minute walk from MASSMoCA and downtown. The house is surrounded by many long-time neighbors, and we expect guests to be quiet and respectful of them. Guest access The parking area is shared, please be respective of the other tenant. Other things to note Electric car trickle charging is easy from the parking area behind the building. Bring your own 110v (Level 1) charging cable. A long term tenant lives on the second floor. We expect our guests to be quiet between 10pm and 7am and respectful of the tenant and the neighborhood.
