Venues like Fenway Park and TD Garden all within 15 minutes drive. Easy access to Faneuil Hall, North End, Boston Waterfront with dining and dancing at the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA). The space This is a two bedroom loft Unit that is equipped with full kitchen, microwave, Espresso machine, Keurig coffee machine, stove, oven, air fryer and refrigerator. There is a washer and dryer for long term guests only, (a week or more). No exceptions. (There seems to be an error on the amount of beds. I tried to remove it but was unsuccessful.). The space only has two beds, one Queen and one twin. Please ignore the 5 beds statement. Guest access Guests are free to enjoy the back deck in warm weather, which is Guests are also encouraged to use the dining room or the kitchen island during meals in order to minimize spillage on the bedrooms and living room rugs. During your stay I’m always available for questions through email or text if I’m not at home. Guests can call on me anytime for questions. Other things to note The name of my listing is “Comfy One Bedroom.” However, it’s a two bedroom loft unit that sleeps three. One Queen bed and one twin.
