Originally a bed and breakfast, the unique layout offers both privacy and flexibility. 2 bedrooms, feature private half baths, while 2 others share an adjacent bath - making it an ideal setup for families and groups. The elegant primary suite offers a peaceful retreat, complete with a lounge area and a private full bath featuring a freestanding soaking tub - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home and more. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, gather around the spacious dining room table, or unwind in the cozy living room by the wood stove. A separate TV room with a smart TV is perfect for movie nights, and the large basement is stocked with games, coolers, beach towels, and other essentials for your adventures. Complimentary laundry is available 24/7 in the basement. Step outside to enjoy expansive lawns, seasonal gardens filled with herbs and flowers, and stunning views in every direction. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. The basement is also available for guest use and features complimentary laundry facilities, games, and outdoor gear such as coolers and beach towels - perfect for your day trips and adventures. Please note, while the basement is shared with restaurant staff for limited operational access, the door at the top of the stairs locks from the guest side to ensure your privacy. The attic is locked and not accessible to guests. Feel free to explore the property's five acres, where you'll find open lawns, seasonal gardens, and peaceful views in every direction. Guest parking is conveniently located right next to the house, with overflow parking available in the adjacent lot. For your arrival, please use the side entrance that leads into the mudroom - this door faces the restaurant and offers the most direct and convenient access to the house. We ask that guests refrain from using the front door, which faces the road. A small fire pit located near the house. The larger fire pits on the property are reserved for restaurant use and are manned by staff, but you're more than welcome to enjoy them whenever they're lit during dinner service. Other things to note The house shares the property with Cantina 229. This critically acclaimed farm to table restaurant is steps from the house. Guests are welcome to use the grounds, games, fire pits etc that are provided. The restaurant is close to the side of the house but the back of the house, deck and porch offer a more private experience facing away from the restaurant.
