The Rustic Lake Cabin

It’s located on the lake, water levels have been low this year unfortunately! But with Beautiful views and a Peaceful setting with a fire pit to enjoy! Family Fun On and Off shore! We have 3 Kayaks and 1 Canoe to use, also outdoor seating to enjoy the views! And Life Vests! There is an indoor fireplace as well as a Tv, 2 Bunk Beds (1 twin, 1 twin over full) and a Full Bed in the second bedroom! The space *It is an old Lake Cabin, so there is a lot of Rustic Charm to the Cabin! Antique items and Vintage Appliances! *The lake is right off the porch BUT DUE TO LOW LAKE LEVELS, the water is not high and the marsh is off the property into the water! There is a boat launch located just a few driveways down the road as well! *The driveway is steep and the walkway down to the cabin is as well! So please be careful! *There is water and a hose along the driveway, if you wish to have a fire, please completely extinguish before leaving! *You can move the furniture around however is most convenient for you, our previous guests broke the patio chairs for the dining table, so new ones are on the way! You can use the chairs on the patio at the table though! *the BBQ has been removed due to guests not using properly! Guest access *The dock is the neighbors, but you can access the lake near their dock. The water is very low this year so it is not near as close to shore as the previous years! *You can use whatever is at the cabin! *you can reorganize the outdoor seating as much as you would need! Other things to note Doing your laundry at the cabin may result in some staining from the water, I would advise using a local Laundromat located 10min from the property, right in Marion! I can give info to any guests that would like to know!
