Welcome to romantic, rustic log cabin sanctuary. ADULTS ONLY. NO SMOKERS. Relax surrounded by pine trees and rushing water. Inside, cozy clean warmth, fluffy robes and a basket of goodies. Upstairs is open living space with gas fireplace. Each of the lower bedrooms have views of creek and woods. Outdoor decks with comfortable seating, hot tub, and fire pit are just steps from the creek. The cabin feels secluded but is only 3 miles to town, surrounded by hiking trails, and close to ski mountain. The main floor has an open living space with living room, dining area, breakfast bar, EFFICIENCY kitchen and full bath with shower. Lower level is accessed by spiral staircase . There are 2 queen bedrooms, and a full shared bathroom with tub/shower combo. The loft space is accessed by a ladder, and has 2 twin beds. WE ONLY HOST A MAXIMUM OF 4 ADULT GUESTS ONLY. WE DO NOT HOST CHILDREN. NO PETS due to allergies. The EFFICIENCY kitchen appliances include; small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, hot plate, pannini grill, electric fry pan, electric tea pot and bbq grill. Other kitchen accessories include; dishes, towels, pans, bowls, utensils, dish soap, etc. THERE IS NO STOVE/OVEN. The refrigerator is small. Comfy robes and slippers for hot tub and lounging. Linens, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, spare blankets, are also available for your convenience and enjoyment. The water right out of the sink is clean, fresh and delicious. Internet and Fire Stick t.v. are provided. The internet can be a bit spotty, so prepare for this possibility and the peace of being able to get away from it all. A selection of books, games and movies is also available. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the NEW hot tub, located on the back deck overlooking rock creek. The stars at night are incredible. Fire pit, chairs, roasting sticks for your enjoyment right next to Rock Creek. Outside fires MAY BE PROHIBITED DURING TIMES OF HIGH FIRE DANGER. Often end of summer. The thermostat controlled gas fireplace in living room is a cozy addition to your mountain retreat. There are a total of 3 decks, 2 overlooking Rock Creek. Upper deck has a grill and table and chairs for 4. Lower deck, just steps away from the creek has a hot tub and comfortable seating. Beyond the deck is a fire pit and direct access to creek. This is a stand alone cabin. Guests have access to entire cabin and outdoor space surrounding. Our cabin is next door. We are often there on weekends. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us outside during your stay. Our cabin is next to the guest cabin. We are often staying there during the weekends. If we are not there, we are located approximately 50 miles away in Billings, MT. We will be available by e-mail, text or phone. The cabin is located in the trees right on Rock Creek, and located only 3 miles from Red Lodge. It is not completely isolated. Our cabin is next door, and can be seen from the front of guest cabin. There are neighboring cabins. They can be seen through the trees when entering drive. The highway can be seen from the back of the cabin in winter when leaves are gone from trees. Red Lodge - "Gateway to Yellowstone Park” via the beautiful Beartooth Highway. ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** (Beartooth Highway Only Open Memorial Day through Mid October). No matter what the season, Red Lodge is your Base Camp to the Beartooths!" Directions - 3 miles past Red Lodge turn left on Biorn at the "Point of Rocks". Cross the bridge and continue down to the 5th cabins on left (red roofed). Our cabin sits down in a pocket of trees on Rock Creek. There are neighbors close, but not close enough to notice. Red Lodge is an hour drive from Billings, Montana, or a 2 hour drive from Bozeman, Montana. These are the closest major airports. Limited Ride shares and taxi service is available, however, unreliable. A vehicle would be required (4-wheel drive in winter recommended). Uber/Lyft driver in Red Lodge is sometimes available for transportation between town and our cabin. Our cabin is located 3 miles past Red Lodge. Turn left on Biorn at "Point of Rocks" a rock out cropping to your right off the highway. Proceed over bridge and turn left. Our red roofed cabins are 5th down on left hand side. Turn down driveway with large black rock and Sanctuary Guest Cabin sign . Both cabins and garage have red metal roofs. Our cabin is to left, guest cabin to right. Parking available in front of cabin. Please pull in so circular drive is left open. Wildlife present keep food and drinks indoors. Spiral staircase is narrow and is difficult to navigate with large luggage. We do have outdoor steps, however, covered in snow during winter months. The creek is fast moving and could be dangerous. Fire pit available, however, fires may not be allowed if fire danger is high. Someone must always be present with fire. Fire must be 100% out before leaving. Everyone welcome. LGBTQ+ friendly We cater to romantic getaways, peaceful escapes and those needing quiet sanctuary.
