Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cottage, which is privately located at the rear of the property. Street parking is available along L Street; entry is via the main property or Berkeley Lane (parking not allowed there). Self check-in is provided with a secure keypad and a unique code sent before arrival. Other things to note *** No parties or gatherings. No Proms. The occupancy set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. *** Minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else.
