This 3 bedroom/2 bath Condo is perfect for your Okoboji getaway! ***If you have a big group and need more space, check out our second property in the same building #7392931*** FYI: The building our condo is in went under a MAJOR construction project in 2023; every unit now has new trim, doors, and all new decks! Because of this, we received some negative reviews because unfortunately, those guests were in the thick of the project (which we were under the impression would be completed before the season started). If you read reviews from the summers before 2023, we typically receive a perfect rating and guests are very happy with their stay. This property is located at Bridges Bay which includes access to the outdoor pools with a swim-up bar, indoor waterpark (6 passes daily), zip line, park, gym, arcade, and 2 onsite restaurants. We are in the Coronado building on the third floor in unit #300, which is the closest building to all of the amenities! The popular downtown area is located just a short mile away with a strip of bars, waterfront restaurants, shopping and Arnolds Park! Just down the street is a public boat ramp and there are several spots around the lake you can rent boats, jet skis and other water toys. The spacious floor plan includes granite countertops in the kitchen with tile backsplash, living room with a stone surrounded fireplace and onsite laundry.
