Located close to Tufts University, not far from Harvard and MIT, and a 20-minute drive to downtown Boston (Copley Square) and Logan Airport. We stock the kitchen with filtered water and filtered sparkling water, a Keurig coffee unit with Equal Exchange organic coffee, and a drip coffeemaker, grinder and filters. The kitchen offers a stove, microwave, blender, toaster, cooking pots, pans and utensils, and tea kettle. For an additional charge, a queen-sized, pull-out memory-foam mattress is available in the living room, and can be made up for extra guests. You also may use the washer and dryer in the bathroom closet, and we provide detergent and dryer sheets (Ms. Meyers brand). Iron and hair dryer included. Note: You must be able to climb three flights of stairs, as there is no elevator. Also, this apartment is not child-safe, therefore it is not suitable for children. Important: Only registered guests are allowed entry into the home at all times. Confirmed list of guests (full names) must be provided to host upon reservation (Guests cannot bring or invite their own guests/friends/family into the home or yard or deck during their stay. Guest access Guests are allowed to access everything inside condo; however, most storage closets are locked. The deck is not allowed without prior approval.
