Indoor cat lives upstairs only. Only 25 minutes to MetLife Stadium by car/ride share. There are trains and busses as well. Longer Stays (7+ Nights) We’re happy to host longer stays! For stays over 7 days, a professional cleaning of your room is required every 7 days to maintain comfort and freshness ($50 per cleaning). The fee will be requested through the app, and I’ll reach out to schedule a time that works best for you. For everyone’s safety and comfort, the person booking the reservation must also be staying as a guest. When booking, or directly afterwards, please give the full name of all adult (18+) guests on the reservation. Thanks! PARKING REGULATIONS: Overnight parking is not permitted on the street in front of the property between 2 AM and 5 AM. However, the property is conveniently located just a short, two minute walk from where free overnight parking is permitted a block and half away. The exact location will be shared after booking. Early/late check out requires approval at least 24 hours in advance. Late check out requests must be made at least 24 hours before check out. Up to 2 hours early/late: $25 Unapproved late check-out: $50 No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, inside or out. Room is suitable for up to 2 adults. 1 mile to Prometric Testing Center I highly recommend you download the NJ Transit App, which tells you which bus and train lines are nearby, their schedules, and you can purchase tickets. There is also a shuttle (cash only) that goes to the George Washington Bridge Port Authority Bus Terminal roughly every 15 minutes, at the corner of 17th Street and Broadway, about a half mile away. It is very near the Broadway NJ Transit Train Station. The cleaning fee covers cleaning and maintenance of your room as well as the common areas twice a week for everyone’s comfort and convenience.
