As you arrive, you’ll find the home on a quiet one-way street with a cozy neighborhood feel. There’s a private driveway for 2 cars (possibly 3 if they’re smaller), plus easy street parking nearby depending on availability. Out front, enjoy a large patio—perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink in the ocean breeze. Inside, the main level opens to a bright, comfy living room with a 65” Smart TV—great for movie nights or winding down after the beach. The dining area seats up to 10, ideal for shared meals and hanging out together. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials to cook at home, and there’s also a half bath on this floor for convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, plus central AC with adjustable temperature: • Primary bedroom: King bed, TV, and a relaxing swing chair • Three additional bedrooms: Queen beds and plenty of space to rest comfortably The lower level adds extra space for larger groups and includes the 5th and 6th sleeping areas, plus a full bathroom: • Bedroom 5: King bed and a private sleeping space • Sleeping area 6: an open lounge-style space with two twin beds (no door—best for families or groups who are comfortable with an open layout) This level has radiator heat for colder months and a window AC unit for warmer weather, making it a great “bonus suite” or separate hangout/sleep space. Street parking is also available, but typically limited to three hours. The city can be more relaxed during the off-season, but we can’t guarantee ticketing policies. For longer stays, we recommend using nearby long-term parking lots to avoid any issues. • Guest Requirements: Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their stay. • Quiet Hours & Respect: We ask all guests to keep noise levels low after 9 PM to respect our neighbors. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. • No Parties: We love when guests enjoy themselves, but please keep gatherings respectful and under control.
