The space Our large cottage sits on 24 acres in Pride, Louisiana, just 15 minutes from Zachary & a short drive to Baton Rouge and New Orleans. This country cottage blends historic charm with modern amenities, 1200 sq. ft. of indoor living space, sleeps 6 comfortably. 👥Have Extra Guests? In addition to the 2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed, we can also provide a queen-size air mattress with premium linens and pillows (if requested in advance). For our retriever dog trainers, the property includes training-friendly ponds and open areas for multiple training setups. The property features outdoor-only security cameras at front driveway, front porch & back fields. All cameras are motion-activated, record audio/video, and run 24/7. There are absolutely NO cameras inside the home. 🏘️House Rules Occupancy: Comfortably sleeps 6 guests but we have availability for extra guests ($20/person over 6 guests). No Smoking/Vaping: Strictly smoke- and vape-free. $500 fee plus cleaning/repair applies. Child Safety: Children must be supervised at all times, especially near porches, ponds, trails & wildlife. Dogs: Dogs are more than welcome, our property was designed with your pup in mind! Just please keep dogs off all indoor furniture, clean up after them and do not leave dogs ever unattended indoors or on the screened in porch—feel free to use our outdoor kennels or crate provided.
