No better value in Waikiki, especially if you need a parking spot! Parking at most nearby hotels are at least $40per night. The space Simple no frills studio with AC and kitchenette . Location is everything and being minutes to Ala Moana shopping center with 3 levels of shopping and restaurants , Ala Moana Beach Park and the beginning of Waikiki beach you will literally be able to reach great beaches and shopping from this location! This unit also comes with free parking! Guest access You will have access to the laundry area (coin washer and dryer on the 3rd/4th floors), the pool / tennis court / BBQ area on the ground level, and parking stall on the fifth floor. I also provide beach towels and bath towels. Other things to note Please note: turnover of unit is usually back to back therefore if early check in is required you must either book another day in advance and we cannot accept luggage prior to check in, in Order to keep cleaners working during turnover period. Please note: the building cable company has been undergoing renovations to the building cable and WIFI sometimes is not available. Please be prepared for WIFI to not be operational. Please note that building is undergoing indefinite elevator maintenance. There are currently two elevators in the building, and one of them will likely be down for maintenance during your stay. It is possible that both of them will be down during your stay, so please do not book this unit unless you are prepared to walk to the 12th floor. The elevator/internet issues are why I priced the unit at its current price- prior to the elevator/internet maintenance starting, the unit was listed at a much higher rate. Luckily, the unit is only 7 floors above your parking stall, so you will only need to walk up 7 flights of stairs if you park (parking stall is on the fifth floor). If you are on foot and coming in through the lobby instead of driving and parking, you have the option of waiting for the elevator, but walking the stairs is not too bad- it is on the 12th floor and the ceilings are not too high, it takes me about 3-4 minutes to walk up the stairs and less than two minutes to walk down. I do not recommend booking my unit if you are a very light sleeper. During elevator maintenance, the elevator can sometimes make a loud sound that can be heard in the unit (this has affected less than 1% percent of all my guests, but I still would like to make this disclaimer). We have a tv in the unit but we do not advertise it as at times ,the tv (due to technical reasons) will sometimes not be able to connect and we do not want you to be disappointed if it doesn't!
