It has its own entrance at the front of the home, along with a private back deck that also provides direct access to the pool area. The carriage house adds even more flexibility, with 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchenette, living and dining space, and a finished lower-level game room. Outside, enjoy a sunny and spacious backyard designed for summer relaxation. The main house has window A/C units in the first-floor living area and bedrooms. The in-law suite has ductless wall-mounted A/C units in the living area and bedroom. The carriage house has central A/C throughout. There is a pullout sofa in each living area, allowing the property to accommodate up to 10 guests total. If you plan to use one of the pullout sofas, please discuss this with your booking agent prior to arrival. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Seven-night minimum rentals, Saturday to Saturday only, are required during peak season. Four-night minimum rentals are available during the shoulder season, with check-in and check-out permitted any day. The pool is open and heated from 5/16/26 to 9/26/26. No pets, please. All linens and towels are provided. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150 to $250 fee, which includes an administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.
