Our guest unit is overlooking the Kona Coast, on the slopes of Mt. Hualalai. 10 minutes to pristine white sand beaches and world class dining at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. Sweeping ocean views with cool tropical breezes at 1,000 ft. elevation. Kitchen is fully supplied. This is a smoke fee environment for your enjoyment. Sorry no pets. Guest are required to sign a rental agreement for documentation. We will be sending it through your email. This is a 1 bedroom apartment fully furnished with full kitchen. We also have beach gear, towels, umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards & snorkel gear. There is a shared laundry and gas BBQ. A car is needed as we are 2.5 miles up the mountain from the ocean. Besides your own apartment and 1 off street parking space there is a BBQ area shared with picnic table. Laundry is also shared, free wash, coin operated dryer. There is also much space to walk around outside. Many flowers & papayas to pick. Yes I live close by and do stop by to do work there but I am very busy with my full time business. It is a pretty quite neighborhood. There is 8 acres of undeveloped land below us so that gives us a nice breeze. It is a very safe neighborhood. You definitely need to rent a car. The Hele On bus is 2.5 miles down the hill or 1 mile up the hill, very steep. Quiet time is after 10pm. Laundry hours are 8am to 9pm. All visitors must park outside of gate.
