A built-in doggy door makes it easy for furry friends to feel right at home. Just minutes from the Des Moines International Airport and downtown Des Moines with quick access to local restaurants, downtown attractions, and major highways. Exterior security cameras on property for peace of mind. Guest access Guests have the entire first and second floor of the home, as well as the private fully fenced in backyard with a deck and a swim spa. There is no washer and dryer at this location. **Please review parking spaces and location on maps** Other things to note This home is guest and pet friendly. There is a full kitchen, wifi, workspace, a fully fenced in backyard for guests and their pets to relax. The swim spa is large enough for all guests to enjoy and open all year. The kitchen is equipped for cooking with a gas stove, convection oven/microwave and a full oven. Keurig with milk frother/steamer, coffee, and tea provided. Bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided for all guests. Pets - please add your pets as we charge a fee for all pets. Failure to add your pets will result in a negative guest review and a possible monetary fine. House trained pets are welcome. If your pet soils furniture or other items during your stay, there will be a minimum $250.00 cleaning fee assessed. Please make sure your pets use the bathroom outside or be in a kennel when you are away. Clean up after your pets, inside and outside of the home. Thank you. Parking - driveway can park up to 3 cars and 2 more on the grass on the right side of the home opposite side of the tree, maximum of five cars. Winter, home can only park 3 cars on the driveway. Please do not drive on neighbors lawn. This home allows 5 guests max. Party is not allow. Thank you.
