Guest access Guests can enter the property through the back door, which is accessible by following the walkway from the parking area to the second building on your left. This entrance leads directly into the unit for easy access during your stay. There are two designated parking spots available in the lot to the right of the property. Look for the spaces labeled 801—they are the third and fourth spots in on the left-hand side of the lot. These are reserved just for you! The parking lot is a one way, so guests must enter the lot on Central Ave and exit the lot on Sherman Ave. Other things to note No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. The TV is a smart TV and does not live TV. You must login using your own steaming passwords.
