Guest access Guests have access to the entire private apartment except for locked utility rooms. This is a strictly non-smoking and drug free apartment. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartment and on-premises. Other things to note This is a multifamily home, please be considerate and keep all noise to a minimum, respecting all other occupants. Please use the driveway at all times for parking. Street parking requires a permit. We are unable to accommodate Large trucks/campers in our premises. Guest access Guest have access to the Entire home except for locked doors containing host property and the utility areas. Guest are welcome to park in the garage but there is no access to any of the host's properties stored within. There is no access to neighbors property even if it seems accessible. Other things to note House Rules Rules are very important to Us. It is how we keep our home welcoming and our guest community safe. It is important to agree to the rules before booking. Violations can lead to immediate removal without a refund. Long Term Stay For Longer stays - 3nights and up, we will make available bathroom essentials e.g. Towels, linens, Tissue paper and shower gel for the first 3 days of stay, subsequent days will be self-catered by the booker. Guest are welcome to bring their supplies for their period of stay. As our long-term stays are offered at huge discounts and cost is all-inclusive, we urge our guests to please be mindful of utility usage and turn off appliances when not in use. Please note, that we are not able to offer any refunds for weather or any other reasons, we highly recommend you consider purchasing private travel insurance. House Rules 📋✨ 1. No smoking or vaping of any kind 🚭 inside the home, please. Fines apply. 2. No parties or events 🎉🚫 — we want to keep the neighborhood peaceful and safe. 3. Please respect quiet hours 🕘 from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a good night’s sleep for all. 4. Pets 🐾 are not allowed , no exceptions. 5. Please clean up after yourselves 🧹 and leave the home tidy. 6. Use appliances & electronics responsibly ⚡ — report any issues immediately. 7. Check-out time ⏰ is by 11 AM — please be punctual to allow cleaning for next guests.Unapproved late checkout is an additional cost to the guest. 8. Dedicated Parking for up to 4 cars 🚗 is available on premises as described in the listing — Street parking is NOT available. Please follow all posted signs and street rules.
