*Newly Refurnished* Coastal Condo — Paia, Maui

Welcome to the north shore of Maui. Our little condo is comfortable, clean, and has a fully stocked kitchen! The lanai offers peek-a-boo ocean view and the beach is just a short walk away. Adventure seekers welcome — explore everything Maui has to offer, from beaches and surf breaks to scenic hikes, waterfalls, and upcountry farmers markets. This condo is on the third floor (no elevator) and is right on Hana Hwy; with road sounds and occasional island critters that add to the Maui vibe. The space Your home away from home is a bright, cozy one-bedroom condo on the third floor of Kuau Plaza — a small, peaceful complex just steps from the beach and Mama’s Fish House. The interior is inspired by Maui’s natural textures and calm coastal palette, creating a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure. The open living area has comfortable seating and a smart TV, and the sliding doors open to your private lanai — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home, from pots and pans to a blender and coffee maker. *Note: There is a stove, but no oven. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the bathroom includes fluffy towels and beach essentials. There’s also A/C in the bedroom, Wi-Fi, and one free parking space for your convenience. For road noise, we provide ear-plugs, though many people say the A/C drowns out the noise. Please note: the condo is on the third floor with no elevator, and because we’re close to the highway, you may hear some road noise. As with all tropical locations, you might see the occasional gecko or bug — part of island life! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the private lanai, kitchen, and in-unit amenities. You’ll also have one designated parking spot in the lot, as well as access to the shared outdoor areas around Kuau Plaza. The condo is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator — please plan to carry your luggage up the stairs. Beach access is just a short walk away at Kuau Cove, right next to Mama’s Fish House, and Paia town is only a few minutes down the road for shopping, coffee, and restaurants.
