Dip into the pool, fire up the BBQ on the 6th floor, hit the gym ($5 one time user fee), or grab a bite downstairs at one of the restaurants, the pub, or across the street at one of the many food trucks. There’s even a salon and car rental right in the building. Perfect spot for island life or vacation vibes year-round! *Unlike hotels, No hidden hotel amenities or resort fees. Guest access 🏢 Building Amenities Swimming Pool & Hot Tub: An outdoor pool and hot tub are available for relaxation. Hawaii Condo Source Fitness Center: A gym equipped with various exercise machines is accessible to guests for $5 one time fee. BBQ Area: Outdoor grilling stations are provided for residents to enjoy. Community Laundry: Coin-operated laundry facilities are available within the building. 24-Hour Security: The building is equipped with security features such as keyed elevators, security patrols, and video surveillance. Mini-Mart: An on-site convenience store caters to residents' daily needs. Hawaii Condo Source Restaurants & Café: The building houses dining options like the Cream Pot café, Maleko Coffee & Pastries, and King’s Pub Recreation Deck: A deck area with cabanas and lounging spaces is available for relaxation. On-site parking is available in the building for $50 per day, with a multi-day discounted rate of $45 per day. Free street parking is very limited and should not be relied upon. Or the other option is with the building for $40/day discounted. there is also free parking on the street but it's very difficult to find and some have time limits. Living here on island our entire lives, we have seen pests occasionally in even the highest rated hotels, condos, malls and yes, rental cars. We use an excellent crew to keep our units clean and well maintained. Despite our best efforts to prevent pests with bi-monthly pest control services, we still see pests periodically as they're part of our Hawaiian tropical ecosystem. It is extremely rare to see them, but still possible. The potential for noise as building located in busy part of the city and the walls are made thin. This unit is about 236 sq ft and designed as a compact space. Photos may make it appear larger than it is in person.
