This private entrance basement apartment is within a 1/2 mile to several beautiful Beverly beaches. Downtown Beverly is about a 10 to 15 minute pleasant walk. It offers great restaurants and cafes. Live entertainment is happening almost nightly at the Larcom and Cabot theaters. Endicott College is 1 mile away. Downtown Salem is about a ten minute drive from here. The train to Boston, Salem, or Rockport is about a mile away. Plenty of safe street parking is available in front of my house. The apartment is yours alone. It is cozy and clean. It is very private allowing you to come and go as you please. There is a full kitchen if you prefer to eat in. There is a very comfortable queen size bed and a comfy queen sized pull out couch. An additional mattress is placed on the pull out for more comfort. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The apartment has its own yard and private patio. A gas grill and a small fire pit are for your use! There are herbs growing in the front garden that you can help yourself to! The apartment has its own entrance. It is private and has its own patio and small fire pit. Getting in touch with me by text is best. I do love to meet my guests at some point during their stay but I also like to give you your privacy! I live upstairs and am available quickly if need be. Beautiful neighborhood close to beaches, town, and train. Lynch Park, Rice's Beach and Dane Street Beach are a 5 to 15 minute walk. Beverly has a nice downtown area with great restaurants and theaters. Beverly is home to 3 live theaters: The Northshore Music Theater, The Cabot, and the Larcom Theater. Beverly also boasts 2 colleges: Montserrat College of Art and Endicott College. Salem State and Gordon college are both nearby. Boston is a 30 minute train ride. Salem is a short 10 minute drive! Haunted Happenings occurs the whole month of October! Gloucester is 20 minutes away by car. There is so much to see and do on the North Shore of Boston. This is a residential neighborhood. There is plenty of street parking. The train to Boston, Salem, Gloucester or Rockport is about a mile away. Check out the schedule searching MBTA. There are 3 different train stops in Beverly and one in Beverly Farms. Uber is available. It costs about $28 to Uber into Boston. I have two very friendly dogs who have their own space but would gladly come visit you if you would like.
