100% LEGAL and ALL state taxes INCLUDED! Just steps away from the most famous stretch of white sand beach in the world. Located on the 41st floor of the tallest tower in Waikiki. This physically places it in the top 1% of all commercial or residential real estate on island, providing a breathtaking panoramic: Ocean, Mountain, City and Diamond Head Crater View. Resort style accommodations: FREE Wi-Fi, 2 HDTV's, salt-water pool and jacuzzi, sauna, cabanas, BBQ pits and a fitness center. LIVE ALOHA - The 420 sq. ft. studio micro-loft has a mid-century modern industrial design, with "local" island influences, comprised of raw materials: exposed concrete ceiling, polished copper piping, stainless steel and ceramic masonry work. Traditional light and dark woods are also incorporated into the motif, integrating natural colors with local flora to retain the true essence of "ALOHA". A large portion, 104 sq ft. of the living space, is dedicated solely to the lanai (balcony). This is massive by Waikiki standards where open space, particularly at this height, is at a premium and is more commonly nonexistent. We developed a unique and cozy open air concept, where many of our guests prefer sleeping; on the hand crafted over-sized twin teak Balinese day bed(with trundle bed underneath) rather than inside. Just to reiterate, there are two single twin sized beds located outside on the open air balcony living area. What this does is create a one of a kind experience; unexposed to the elements, granting instant access the crown jewel of our home, THE VIEW. This simply cannot be conveyed into words, nor fully captured through the lens of a camera. Much as the spirit of "ALOHA", this view is something that must be felt and experienced in person in order to be given it's proper justice.... The ground floor has two recently updated lobby areas. The well appointed outter lobby has modern island themed guest seating area. There are also vending machines in that lobby area available 24 hours a day. The foyer just outside the elevators also has seating and is where the security station is located. The 6th floor is the common grounds area and has a commercial ice machine, filtered water dispenser and a very well stocked convenience store. There are several stainless steel gas operated BBQ grills that are available on a first come first serve basis. In addition, there is also a meticulously maintained salt water pool with jacuzzi, a fitness center with gym quality equipment and a hot sauna. There is a one time $5 charge for use of the gym to cover insurance costs. We have recently partnered with the the hotel located in the building so I no longer meet with my guests directly unless specifically requested. I am always available, via text, email or by phone as it is my goal to make your stay as memorable and pleasurable as possible. Please feel free to reach out to me any time during your stay. Located in the epicenter of Waikiki, Seaside Avenue is the main artery flowing between the makai (ocean) and mauka(mountain) side of Waikiki. The building is approximately a 4 minute (450 meters) walk to the nearest beach access where you will experience some of the most pristine waters of all the pacific. On the way to the beach you will cross: the newly developed International Market, the famous Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, as well as the beachfront strip of Kalakaua Avenue. And the recently constructed Ritz Carlton is just three blocks away. Access to public transportation is simple, abundant and convenient. Honolulu boasts one of the most efficient public transit systems in the entire country. The bus stop is just seconds away on the same block. A taxi port is also located just outside the lobby area. Uber and Lift are very active in the area as well. Waiting times are usually less than 1-3 minutes. Parking can be quite expensive throughout Waikiki and in particular our building, which is located in the center. Please mention in advance you will have a rental car and I can provide a discount of almost 50%. ***There will be a $250 USD charge for lost or unreturned parking card*** In Waikiki, a comparable same floor luxury hotel room with less amenities can cost several times more, especially when factoring resort fees ranging up to $45 per day. The hotel in the building charges $25 per day and an additional 15.25% Hawai'i state tax. Both are already included in your reservation, this makes our home not only unique, but also a one of a kind extreme value. GSA - Per Diem Rate is available. 1-2 hour early check in fee ---$50 based on availability 1-2 hour late checkout fee ---$50 based on availability 2-4 hour early check in fee --- $100 based on availability 2-4 hour late checkout fee---$100 based on availability 4< hour check-in/check-out---cost modification based booking ***There will be a $75 USD charge per lost key FOB***
