E’ Komo Mai (Welcome) to our adorable Guest House overflowing with ambiance and charm and a country feel. We are located about 1000 ft. above sea level, usually cooler than down by the ocean. You will likely hear roosters and birds chirping in the morning. You are far enough away from all of the hustle bustle, yet only about 2O minutes away from white sandy beaches, restaurants, and stores. There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer inside. The owners live in the back So are close by to help. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home! This almost 800 sq. Ft. Ohana is comfortable and cozy, with many amenities. If there is something you need to make your vacation nicer, we do our best to accommodate!! Additional information: -There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere in the house or on the Lanai. ($500.00 will automatically be charged if there is any evidence of smoking in the house) I am almost always available by phone, text, or e-mail to answer any questions. I normally like to meet and greet you in the beginning to show you around, however if that is not convenient, you may contact me. Although we are only about 4 miles from the airport, we are up about 1000ft above sea level. You are surrounded by lush greenery, many trees, and roosters, chickens, turkeys, and a multitude different birds , that you will see crossing the roads and on the surrounding properties. It is so beautiful! We love it because it is a few degrees cooler, and we can get away from all the crowds on a day to day basis.. and then it doesn’t take long to get to the beaches, restaurants, stores, and downtown Kona. We feel we have the best of all worlds! Most folks like to rent a car here, so they can have the freedom to see everything there is to see on this beautiful Island!
