Private suite is furnished in the classic Nantucket style, with separate exterior entrance to an estate home in Town. Queen bedroom & en suite bath which is attached to a private sitting room w/pull-out queen sofa bed (it has a door for privacy). A 5 min. walk to Main St. Includes Keurig coffee, snacks and fridge in room. Central Air, cable TV. Beach chairs & beach towels provided. Garage available for bike storage. Plenty of off-street parking. No pets allowed. The space Private entrance to house, side sitting room, queen size bed in bedroom. Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, full bath with shower & tub, marble countertop sink. Very comfortable space. Guest access Guests will be expected to stay in the room. Owners occupy the rest of the house. During your stay Owners are friendly and know Nantucket well. Can be helpful in restaurant recommendations and directions to just about anywhere. Other things to note A third guest will be sleeping on a pullout sofa bed. There is an additional fee for the third guest. Please note that after any stay beginning after July 1,2019 will be subject to state and local lodging taxes of 11.7% and will be collected separately by airbnb.
