For best performance, all units operate in one mode at a time—either heating or cooling, not both simultaneously. During winter, the system is set for heat to keep the home comfortably warm throughout. Winter Parking Notice: During snowstorms, the city enforces a winter parking ban. Guests must park only in the designated driveway/parking spaces and not on the street, as street parking may result in towing.
