Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located beauty! Welcome to your perfect home away from home! Nestled in the heart of the historic Valley Junction district, this charming and newly renovated space offers comfort, style, and unbeatable location. The space Charlie's Place feels like home! All the furniture and beds were chosen based on comfort first of all with style close behind. Each item was thoughtfully considered with your experience top of mind. There are two queen size beds and a couch so comfortable, I own one personally. The rug is soft on your feet so even the short walk across it feels good. A large smart TV in the living room makes lounging even more fun. You'll also enjoy a smart TV in the primary bedroom. The dining room features chairs that feel like butter so you can sit for hours and connect with your people over a meal. If you'd rather be outdoors, take your pick between the front porch and the brand new patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with function and beauty in mind and as an added bonus, you will find a work area in case your stay doesn't include all fun. There are fans in both bedrooms as well as two additional pillows (each room) and an additional cozy blanket for each room. You'll find dressers in both bedrooms in case you want to fully unpack as well as an iron and ironing board. Cushy towels await you and there's a hair dryer if needed. We love games so you will find an assortment of indoor and outdoor games to choose from. You are just a couple blocks away from several of our favorite places-GMigs, Cooper's on 5th, Big Acai, St. Kilda, The Hall and Nan's Nummies just to name a few! Don't miss the farmer's market every Thursday evening (seasonal). It's important to us as local hosts to think of everything you may need before you know you need it, but if we missed something, we are minutes away! We can't wait for this home we love to be enjoyed by you! Guest access The whole home is yours! The garage is not part of the experience. We kindly ask that you don't park in front of the garage doors. There is room for plenty of cars before reaching the garage. Other things to note You are in the heart of Valley Junction-it's central to almost anywhere you want to go...Jordan Creek Mall, Raccoon River Park, Holiday Park (baseball and aquatic center), the airport or downtown Des Moines. If you would rather stay close, you can fill your time with shopping, happy hours and wonderful restaurants just steps away!
