Our loft is a private unit nestled on a quiet dirt road backing to conservation land 🌳. -Sleeping Area: 🛌 Features 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and a twin trundle bed to accommodate up to 6 guests. -Living Area: 🛋️ Relax in the cozy open-concept space that perfectly blends style and comfort. Kick back in the stunning wicker egg chair, a signature feature that embodies the boho vibe and invites you to unwind with a book or your favorite drink ☕. Enjoy plush seating, cable TV 📺, and streaming apps. -Kitchen: 🍳 Fully equipped with a range, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all cooking essentials. -Bathrooms: 🛁 Two bathrooms for your convenience: a full bath upstairs with a bathtub and bidet toilet, and a half bath downstairs also featuring a bidet toilet 🚽. -Outdoor Space: 🌞 Enjoy a private patio with a table, umbrella, chairs, and a propane grill for al fresco dining 🍔. ✨ Amenities: Central heat and AC, strong Wi-Fi 💻, dining for 6, and a harmonious Boho vibe 🌿. Guest access 🚪 Guests have full access to the loft, including: -The kitchen 🍽️ -Living area 🛋️ -Sleeping area 🛌 -Two bathrooms 🛁 (full upstairs and half downstairs) -Outdoor patio 🌞 The two garage bays are used for storage and utility purposes, and staff may occasionally access them during the day. Other things to note 🔕 Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect neighbors and avoid noise disturbances. 🏖️ Beach Access: Four seasonal beach badges and two splash pad passes included! 🏊 Splash pad hours are June 15 - Labor Day, 11 AM - 4:30 PM. 🚗 Parking: Parking at the property is free. We also provide parking passes for beach parking lots closer to the water. Guests must remember to return the passes at the end of their stay to avoid additional fees. 🐾 Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! 🐕 Fee: $25 per pet per night. Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture, and cleaned up after. If you can't keep your pet off of the furniture, then please bring your own coverings for the couches, beds, etc. that they might try to climb up on. Additional fees apply for accidents or extra cleaning. 🚫 Party Policy: This is not a party house 🎉. Violations will result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the security deposit. 🛁 Towels: Please bring your own beach towels 🏖️. Bath towels provided but are NOT for beach use. 👶 Extras: Crib available upon request. 🎉 Events: Gatherings of 6+ must be approved in advance and will incur a premium fee (2x nightly rate minimum).
