Welcome to Rebel's Roost - a newly furnished, stylish retreat on 10 acres with 360° mountain views of the Absaroka, Crazy, and Bridger Mountain ranges. Nestled in nature yet conveniently located, this home is 6 miles from downtown Livingston and minutes away from all that Paradise Valley has to offer. The space KITCHEN Our kitchen features a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker (pods + creamers provided) -- and, everything you need to cook comfortably. DINING The dining area seats four with ample space. LIVING ROOM With a wood stove, Smart TV, and Queen sleeper sofa - what isn't to love? Our living room features comfortable seating, ample natural light, and stunning mountain views. WORKSTATION If you need to get some work done, our workstation is perfect - the desk provides all the space you need. QUEEN BEDROOM The Queen bedroom features brand new bedding, an over-sized closet, a floor length mirror, and an arm chair. QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA The brand new Queen pull-out sofa is located in the main living space -- soak in those mountain views, and maybe some TV, too. STAY COOL We provide oscillating fans to help you stay cool in the late summer months - pro tip: opening the windows in the evening will help keep the home even more comfortable. LAUNDRY Conveniently located in the closet just off the living room. PARKING Ample parking in the gravel driveway - we ask that you limit your vehicles to two. Guest access Rebel's Roost is located at the end of the driveway with ample gravel parking. The home is accessed via a Smart Lock and the code is provided the day before arrival. Other things to note There is a maintained 3-mile dirt and gravel road leading to the property.
