The houseboat features two private bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with twin-size bunk beds. A separate full bathroom with a door adds extra convenience. Outfitted with all the essential amenities, this floating home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and functionality—an ideal retreat for your next getaway. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire houseboat, including the deck, living area, sleeping quarters, bathroom, and kitchenette. The houseboat remains securely docked and is not available for cruising. You’ll also have access to the dock and marina facilities, including bathrooms with showers and a laundry room (a key to these facilities is provided onboard). Free parking is available in the Fleet Marina lot, just steps from the dock entrance. Other things to note Hi there! We're excited to welcome you aboard for your upcoming stay on our houseboat. Just a quick heads-up to ensure you’re fully prepared: You’ll be staying on the water, which means the houseboat may gently rock with wind, waves, and passing boats. While this movement is usually minimal and part of the charm of staying afloat, weather conditions can occasionally increase the motion, especially during windy or stormy periods. The houseboat sits inside the New Bedford hurricane dike, which provides an added level of protection from wind and rough conditions. If you’re sensitive to motion or unsure how you’ll feel, we recommend bringing along any motion sickness remedies you might prefer, just in case. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we’re always here if you have questions.
