Our home features and open concept living space with a full kitchen stocked with all necessary supplies. A kitchen island to seat 4 and a living room with ample seating and a large TV. The Bedroom features a queen bed, nightstands and a dresser. In the closet you will find two folding twin beds for extra sleeping space. A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower completes the interior of the beach house. We provide towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Our backyard is spacious and private, yet shared with the upstairs unit. Guest access Guests will have access to the first floor apartment of this building. While it is technically the first floor, the house is elevated, so a flight of stairs is required to access. The backyard is a shared space. Other things to note There is no off street parking or assigned spaces. Guest must find their own free street parking. Please do not block or park in the driveway. No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. No Proms/HS graduation groups The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. The apartment is on a single floor; however, a flight of stairs is required to access the front door. All TVs are smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided. Pets are prohibited. A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of an undisclosed pet in addition to any extra cleaning charges.
