Come feel right at home at the beach. Feel yourself slip into peace as you sit on the front deck and feel the ocean mist as you listen to the constant waves! Our home is very comfortable and well stocked with plenty of room for relaxation. *we have a nice semi formal restaurant called “The Lighthouse “ with a market store next door (15 min ) * we do have a gas powered golf cart for our personal use on site that we also rent to interested guests for 300$ for the weekend or 150$ per day .rr The space One king bed- master bed One twin bed One queen bed Sectional couch can be slept on and is very comfortable Attention *** Our home is only meant for 6 guest maximum! Please do not book our home if you plan to have more than 6 people. Thank you! We have had guest so far book for 5-6 guest and show up with double that. That will result in your group scrambling to find another place to stay . While we respect your privacy we do have outdoor cameras that record 24/7 so we will know if car loads of people show up that are not allowed. We’re sorry to even have to mention it! Guest access Lock box code will be sent to guest the day of your checking in . As soon as the house is ready. That could be earlier than the 3pm check in, but not guaranteed. Other things to note The entry for vehicles such as atvs and golf carts is on the west towards Texas dead end of Richard ln . Once you enter everything from the entry due west is zoned for atvs. Everything from the entry east is private protected beach. Atvs are not allowed in this area. All of the beach directly in front of our house is private and protected beach. No atvs are permitted only people on foot.
