The space Private 3-BR home on a 60 acres lot in Becket, MA Nestled among the maple trees and evergreens of Becket, MA lies Laurel Cottage, a three bedroom three bathroom home of the coziest and most welcoming standing. A treasured family home, it is finding its way to AirBnB for the first time and is ready to welcome guests from far and near. Located on a private 60 acre lot, yet still close to all Berkshire attractions, it's the ideal space to get away and be involved. Upon arrival guests are greeted with an inviting family room, dining room and kitchen complete with stone hearth and fireplace. This main floor also has a full bathroom and bedroom, with a double Murphy style bed that can easily accommodate any extra floor space needed for a morning of yoga or play session. The second floor features the primary bedroom with a king bed, private fireplace and adjoining laundry. The third bedroom is still the most versatile with double bed, twin bed and bunk bed with double futon below and twin above, perfect for getting everyone together. The lower level has a sofa and single bed that is used more for a TV lounge area and the final bathroom. We look forward to hosting your group of family or friends or couple's getaway. Whether cuddling on the firelit sofa after playing in the snow, reuniting after too long apart or just finding a peaceful place to lay your head on the way through - we are happy to host you at Laurel Cottage. Guest access Contactless check-in; smart lock access. Other things to note Notes & Disclaimers: Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash. Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow. Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. Although the power goes out very rarely, you may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control. Air Conditioning and Heating: AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter). Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee plus tax for the first dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than three, just check in with us first so we can coordinate with the homeowner. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns.
