The space This cozy, thoughtfully designed unit is your private retreat after a day of city adventures. Enter through the hall on the right side of the house. Interior Patio Just off the hallway on the right side of the house, you’ll find a charming interior patio with a bistro table and two chairs — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast outdoors, or simply relax with a book. For your privacy and that of our neighbors, please note that there is a connecting door in the patio. This door is kept locked and is off-limits, as it leads to the private patio of the residents living in the house. Apartment You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a modern bathroom, and a cozy bedroom. We are: • Only two blocks to the NJ Transit bus stop • Direct ride to Port Authority Bus Terminal, just a short walk from Times Square • Bus fare: $4 per person (each way) • Approx. 25 minutes by bus, 20 minutes by car (depending on traffic) • Close to ferry to Manhattan, with breathtaking views. There is a free shuttle 4 blocks away that takes you to the ferry. The ferry costs $10 each way, but it’s a great experience. • Newark Liberty International Airport – under 30 min This apartment is nested in a scenic & safe location: A peaceful, walkable neighborhood with tree-lined streets, parks, and skyline views. Local Essentials: Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and bakeries are all within walking distance.
