The apartment: - This apartment has 2x queen size beds in one room, another 1x queen size bed, 1x sectional sofa. - 6 guests MAX. - 1x full bathroom. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Self flexible check-in. - Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately Parking: - No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking. - We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremly expensive and a big hassle. Check-in: - Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation. - Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal. - 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal. - Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute. Pets: - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours. - You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown. Don't book if you cannot handle seeing homeless people. - We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation. - We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building. - This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history.
