Free, private parking is available on the property. Door lock codes and arrival details are provided prior to check-in for a seamless, contactless arrival. Other things to note To ensure a peaceful and well-maintained experience for all guests, we ask that you observe the following: ✔ No smoking or vaping inside or on the property ✔ No events, parties, or gatherings (except by special request with explicit permission from host) ✔ No pets (due to severe allergies and asthma, no pets are permitted at any time) ✔ Maximum occupancy: 8 guests ($100/per guest over the limit based on special requests) ✔ Beach towels, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrella and an assortment of sand toys etc. are provided as a courtesy and will be inventoried after each stay. Please let us know if anything is damaged or missing. Maintenance: As private homeowners (not a staffed property), we do our best to have everything in perfect working order for your arrival. However, occasional unforeseen maintenance issues can arise during a stay. If anything occurs, we ask that you message us right away and we will respond and resolve it as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Waterfront & River Access: Our property sits directly on the Wareham River. The riverfront is maintained by the Town of Wareham and subject to tidal changes. We do not control the water levels, currents, or any town maintenance that may occasionally occur along the shoreline or riverbank. Please use the river access responsibly and supervise children at all times near the water. Weather: Please note that we do not control the weather. Cape Cod weather can be unpredictable — even in summer — with occasional rain, fog, wind, or cooler evenings. Outdoor amenities may be affected at times.
