Lower level has two bedrooms (both with queen beds), full bath & sitting area - can ONLY be accessed from the outside of house. Outdoor kitchen, patio & stone fire pit. Renters have use of Kayaks & Bikes. Washer/Dryer/AC. Use of Mooring out front for an additional flat fee of $100 (includes row boat for access to mooring). The space Cottage is perfect for 2 families or families with older children who would like their "own space." Property has direct waterfront access - perfect for launching kayaks. Yard boasts outdoor kitchen & patio as well as new stone fire pit/patio by the water. It is an ideal spot to enjoy glorious sunsets over the bay.
