Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment. Arrival is simple and secure with our easy self check-in process using a smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided just before your stay. Other things to note GROCERY STOCKING: We’ll make sure your groceries are ready and waiting: To make your stay even easier we’re happy to offer a grocery stocking service. The fee is $45.00 and includes grocery pick-up and unpacking. Please contact us after you've booked and we'll send you the links to the following grocery stores: Whole Foods/Charlestown (via Amazon) Wegmans/Medford (via their website/app) You’ll just need to log in with your account or create one if you don’t already have it. Once your order is placed, let us know and we’ll pick it up, bring it to the apartment, and unpack it so everything is ready for your arrival. Please be sure to schedule your grocery order for pickup the morning of your arrival. ------------------------------------------------------------------ The yard is available for guests during the months of May 15 - October. It is a shared space so if you’d like to use it for extended periods of time (ie eating dinner outdoors) just let us know at least 4 hours in advance. We’ll be happy to coordinate with the other residents to make sure everyone has a chance to enjoy it comfortably. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Also, we kindly ask that you leave your shoes at the front door to help keep the space clean for everyone. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Pets: We allow one well-behaved, house-trained and dog friendly dogs up to 20 lbs for a $75 cleaning fee. Your dog must be supervised at all times unless crated while you’re away. Your dog must be leashed in all common areas of the building (anywhere outside the unit). When using the yard with your pet all dog poop must be picked up, bag closed tightly and placed in the bin to the right of the back stairs.
