Enjoy a remodeled third floor studio in a historic 1873 Springfield home. Queen size bed, large shower, sink, mini refrigerator, and private front entrance. There is a spacious TV room with a fold down couch option. Close to downtown Springfield, the MGM Casino, concerts, Basket Ball Hall of Fame and the Dr. Seuss museum with easy access to highways. This is a Studio on the 3rd floor so be aware of vaulted ceilings as in the pictures. This is a unique space for relaxing. See you soon! Couch folds down to a full size bed if needed and upon request an air mattress will be provided. Small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot available. Cable TV and Roku for streaming. Free WIFI access and small work space is available. Front entry is for Thompson retreat guests. Private and quiet. Some areas have a low ceiling since it's on the 3rd floor. Plenty of head space in most areas. There is only a one car allotted space that is off street. I will be in and out. I can be reached via text if needed for anything. Easy access to major highways and 1.5 miles from the new MGM casino. The house is 1.5 miles from downtown Springfield. Very close to the new MGM casino, local hockey games, museums, armory, colleges, Basketball Hall of Fame and more. Many guests used Uber if they do not have transportation. Please note that guests are also on floor 2 so be respectful of noise after 11pm. We want everyone that stays to relax and enjoy. The 2nd floor is also available for booking if needed listed under Thompson stay or extended stay retreat. Only guests that are booked are allowed. No other without prior request notification. If keys are lost or misplaced, a replacement fee will be charged. Locks will need to be changed so please be mindful. Thank you!
