Cancellation Policy All reservations follow our Airbnb cancellation policy: • Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in. • Within 5 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable. • Guests who select the non-refundable option at booking receive a discounted rate; these reservations are final and non-refundable at any time. For best performance, all units operate in one mode at a time—either heating or cooling, not both simultaneously. During winter, the system is set to heat to ensure consistent warmth throughout the home. 🚗 Winter Parking: During snowstorms, the city enforces a winter parking ban. Guests must park only in the designated driveway/parking spaces and not on the street, as street parking may result in towing.
