There is 1 King & 2 daybeds with trundles on second floor & 1 Queen & 2 single beds on first floor - comfortably sleeps 10. First floor bathroom w tub - 2nd floor bathroom w shower stall. There are baby safety gates on all stairs & fenced in yard. Full washer & dryer and 2 full sized refrigerators. Living room has electric fireplace. There are dining areas inside and out. Yard has outdoor set with propane fireplace. Sorry NO PETS allowed and no smoking on premises. Guests must bring linens & towels. Pillows and blankets are provided. Guest access Lock box with key.
