A cozy oasis awaits , your own 1st floor apartment in a Historic Farmhouse with a private porch . It has WiFi , Smart TV , Bluetooth speakers, A/C , Heat and a spacious backyard . The house centrally-located in the TriState area , only 90 minutes from NYC, 5 minutes from Milford Pa & Delaware River , Hiking Trails , Fishing, Skiing , Restaurants, Architecture, Shopping, Antiques , Music ,Horses and so much more! The space You’ll have your own private entrance in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment , at our historic Farmhouse set on two acres of a former dairy farm. You enjoy your own private porch , where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset. Guest access The private apartment and adjacent porch is yours to enjoy alone . We ask that you please do not enter the shed’s . Other things to note We also ask you kindly observe quiet hours from 11pm -7am . We do recycle ♻️ and there is a clear plastic bag hanging in closet next to fridge for recycling. Please exit and enter property via driveway by the mailbox 📪 where you will have a much better view of road. We know you will feel a little closer to heaven when you gaze the stars at night or see the sunrise in these scenic hills , as you soak in the natural beauty , scenic landscape and farms close by . It’s not uncommon to see deer and other animals , so we do ask you not to leave any trash outside with food in it unless it’s in our garbage bin that has a tied down strap to protect it from curious wildlife. We are happy to collect your trash during your stay if you have any concerns.
