Should you have any special requests we are always happy to bring over additional supplies! The air conditioning is seasonal. Window units are installed when the weather has warmed up appropriately. If there is a warmer than usual day during the cool season, there are fans available and windows can be opened to allow the cool sea breeze to cool off the house.
