Cozy Cape cottage - 15 walk to private beach!

Come relax at Beyond the Sea Cottage! 2-3BR cottage less than 1 mile to gorgeous + private Sagamore Beach on Cape Cod Bay. Located just BEFORE the bridge! Secluded backyard enclosed by a canopy of trees & bordering town woods. Back deck w/ outdoor dining + gas BBQ grill. 2 BR in the main house + a private 3rd BR in a detached garage (available in the summer only). 1 full bathroom - in the main house only. AC! Family friendly! Coastal grandma vibes! Cozy, rustic, charming, classic New England! The space **House Details** Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with AC & TV with streaming Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with AC & TV with streaming Bedroom 3 - Available in the summer only! We call this room the "Captain's Quarters". It is a private, finished bedroom in the back of the detached garage accessible from the backyard. It has a Queen bed, AC, and TV with streaming. High lofted ceilings with a skylight increase the appeal! There is no bathroom directly in this space so you will have to walk a few steps into the main house for the bathroom. There is currently no heating available for this bedroom so it will only be available for guest use from May 16 - Sep 14. During the off-season it is fully closed. Bathroom - There is one full bathroom in the main house with a tub and rainfall shower head. Kitchen - Well equipped kitchen! Dining Area - Separate dining area with full size dining table. Backyard - The true star of the property! We are lucky to have a backyard abutting town woods, so you really feel secluded and relaxed because the backyard is enclosed on all sides! Grill up some burgers and hot dogs on our gas BBQ grill and relax under the bistro lights as the sun sets after a nice day at the beach! Listen to birds chirp and let your worries melt away! The AC's in the bedrooms and kitchen cool down the whole house! Other things to note **Beach Access** 1) Sagamore Beach Our cottage is ~.7 mi from gorgeous Sagamore Beach. This beach does require a resident parking permit so I suggest walking there (~12-15 min walk from the cottage), or you can bring your bikes or rent bikes nearby to bike there in a few minutes. 2) Scusset Beach This is a public beach ~3 mi from the cottage with public bathrooms and a snack hut open to the public. If you don't feel like walking to Sagamore Beach you can drive and park here at Scusset Beach to experience the same stunning shoreline. It is only a ~5 min drive from the cottage. 3) Countless other world class Cape Cod & Plymouth beaches a short drive away! We have some beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use! **Location** The cottage is located in beautiful Sagamore Beach - a residential and tranquil village of Bourne, Cape Cod. But it is located BEFORE the bridges! Yes, experience the Cape without the bridge traffic! A true "hidden gem"! And if you do want to do a day trip over the bridge, it is only a 5 min drive to the Sagamore bridge which will give you easy access to the rest of the Cape! There is also a woodland path behind the house that brings you directly to Clark Field & playground if you have kids they will love it! Also, this path makes your walk to the beach shorter! And if you like to bike - there is the beautiful Cape Cod canal bike path only a ~5 min drive from the cottage!
