The Building: - There is a small rooftop in the building. It opens from 7AM until 9PM - There is a blue bike station outside the building. You can rent bikes from the city. Please note it may not be available in the winter. - There are shared areas in the building to do work. Parking Information: - No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking. - Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging. Check-In Details: - Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation. - Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal. - Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal. - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute. Pets: - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Additional Notes: - The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise. - This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy. - For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $3,500 refundable security deposit is required. - As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking. - We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking. - A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building. - This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.
