We’ve taken this time to refresh and lovingly care for both of our Front Street Studios — each located right on the beach with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the island of Lāna‘i." The building is extremely quiet with shops and grocery stores a mile away. This condo includes quartz countertops, gorgeous furniture, a Keurig one cup coffee maker, and our favorite soft bed linens and towels. The place has Waterford Crystal, some games for you to enjoy (above the refrigerator), a Vitamix blender, Villeroy and Boch China and flatware, and a Bose wave speaker /CD system with Bluetooth (with directions in the condo book.) There is a smart TV, and a DVD player with a collection of our favorite DVD’s. Wifi and cable TV are in this unit. Washers and dryers are presently available on each floor, next to the elevators. Old Town Lahaina is well known for being the historic capital of the Hawaiian Islands. We experienced a major wildfire in August 2023. and Lahaina Shores is located near the edge of the fire zone. Fortunately, our building was largely unaffected and has used the last two years for renovations. Making the building and units even more beautiful and pristine than before the fire. Historic Front Street is just starting to reopen now, and this is a rare opportunity to be part of Lahaina’s rebirth. Lahaina Shores is a five-minute walk from the famous Banyan Tree, which is recovering nicely from the fire. Parts of Front Street continue to be closed.
