First floor Apt Less than a Block from Beach!

Less than a block from the beach, this recently renovated first floor apartment offers two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, full kitchen with basic utensils and cookware, and washer and dryer exclusive to the apartment. There is also a private outside shower for the full shore house experience and an exclusive patio with table and chairs. The space The property is our family summer home, which has been fully renovated. We will be living upstairs in the property. As this is a first floor apartment you will hear some noise from above. The apartment is closed off to the upstairs and has a separate entrance for your complete privacy. All guests are expected to treat the property as if it were their own. Guest access Guest will have access to their own outside shower, and outside patio area located on the first floor outside the apartment. Other things to note The beach is a half a block away and there is a crosswalk on the corner. Street parking available only. Do not use or block driveway.
