Accessibility is by entering a secure entrance on the lower level of the house and then walking up a common area stairway. The backyard is limited to usage by the 1st floor tenant. Please respect their space. The neighborhood is safe, secure and peaceful. There is on street parking throughout the neighborhood. Other things to note If you are looking for mass transit options, there are several. There is a bus stop located a block from the property, with buses to NYC. There is also a train station in Rutherford (the neighboring town) that can connect you to trains into New York City, Hoboken and Secaucus. There are also rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft.
