The space Welcome to this charming home in South Yarmouth (Historic Bass River neighborhood). Conveniently located just south of Route 28 next to Dennis. This peaceful retreat sleeps 10. It is a traditional 3-bedroom cape style home, with a queen bed, 4 twin beds and a full bed. There is a bonus room that can be utilized as an office or a 4th bedroom which offers a queen pull out couch and linen/pillow can be found in bonus room closet. The living room surprises guest with a small twin bed, again linen/pillow found in bonus room closet. With 2 full bathrooms equipped with showers, hair dryers, and fresh linens, guests will feel right at home. Other amenities provided are central AC, TVs, WiFi, bathroom towels, bed linens, standard coffee maker, washer/dryer machine, fireplace. (provided your own filter, coffee, detergent, wood etc.) During the summer season enjoy the fenced in backyard, grill, fire pit, dining patio, and outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. (May need to refill the propane take.) We are located .5 miles away from Windmill Beach and 1.5 miles from Smugglers beach, multiple golf courses, bays, restaurants, ice cream shops, fishing, shopping and entertainment venues within minutes. In this home, there is enough room for a single family or multiple families. We are always available to answer any questions while you at stay our Seaside Nook. ****Please note, exterior cameras on premise and extra charge per guest after 8 guests. No pets or smoking allowed.
